This leader will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 professionals and will focus on developing and executing strategies to sell our innovative solutions to
healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.Travel Requirements:
In this role you will be expected to travel up to 50% in the United States.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-5 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.Sales and Business Development:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of Presidio's digital solutions within the
healthcare and life sciences sectors.Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders in
healthcare organizations
to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, AWS, and other strategic partners to drive joint initiatives and business growth.Solution Development and Innovation:Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and development, to ensure our solutions meet market needs and client expectations.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients, providing expert guidance on leveraging AWS for healthcare and life sciences solutions.Represent Presidio at industry events, conferences, and webinars, promoting our solutions and thought leadership.Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.Required Skills:Proven track record of driving sales and business growth in the
healthcare and life sciences
sectors.Experience working with AWS and understanding of cloud-based healthcare solutions.Proven experience building a technology practice.Consulting experience working with external clients.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.Additional Desired Skills:AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification.Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in
healthcare or life sciences
