As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy , you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed-upon programs with assistance from a full support team.

Schedule:

This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours.

About the Pharmacy:

The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 6:00AM to 12:00AM and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 6:00AM to 9:00PM. This facility utilizes Meditech EMR, Pyxis dispensing cabinets and CPOE.

Required Qualifications:BS or PharmD from an accredited School of PharmacyFlorida State Pharmacist licensure in good standing3 to 5 years of management experience in a healthcare/hospital environmentAbility to solve problems, establish trust and credibilityDemonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizationsDemonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff

Hospital Requirements:TB Test - Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months (PPD, QFT, or CXR)(MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or a blood titer proving immunityVaricella - 2 document doses or a blood titer proving immunityHep B3 Series (or declination)(Flu) Influenza - required for hire between Oct 1st and April 30thCOVID Vaccine (or approved exemption form)Color Vision TestRespiratory Fit Test
