We are supporting their search for a Sr. Front-End Software Engineer to support the modernization of a system that incorporates the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and DevSecOps to provide Computer Vision capabilities. Work with multiple scrum teams to develop immersive user interfaces using Svelte, HTML, CSS, and TypescriptCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experienceProactively engage as a thought leader within the team, driving innovative approaches and strategies that elevate our front-end development practicesContribute to the optimization of code for maximum performance and efficiencyUphold and champion industry best practices for the creation of top-tier web applicationsMentor junior developers and contribute to the formation of highly effective, collaborative teamsRequired skills/qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance with an ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain CI PolygraphUS Citizenship required7+ years of experience as a software engineer with user interface development in Angular, React, Svelte, or similar frameworkExperience creating and maintaining Enterprise web applications and integrating with back end servicesStrong experience in CSS and creating page layouts using component libraries and toolkitsBachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field10+ years of relevant experienceAdditional Skills We'd Like to See:
Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs including RESTUnderstanding of GIS concepts (ESRI tools, OGC Standards)Experience working with CI pipelinesExperience with ElasticSearch and KibanaExperience with AWS environmentsExperience working in a SAFe Agile environmentSecurity+ CertificationThe compensation range for this role will be $145,000 - $190,000 a year, commensurate with skills and experience.
