As our

Data Strategy Director , you will lead high-impact engagements with Fortune 500 clients, providing strategic guidance in data strategy and data transformation roadmaps to transform business outcomes for our clients. You’ll advise executive stakeholders, craft data strategies, design business cases, and establish roadmaps that drive innovation and create value for both employees and customers.With your deep expertise in data readiness, governance, and business architecture, you’ll navigate complex and hard-to-solve client scenarios. This position focuses on strategic initiatives, allowing you to shape the future of data-driven business in a meaningful way.Responsibilities

Lead engagements advising F500 clients at the highest strategic level with big-picture and tactical guidance on how Data & AI enable a wide range of business outcomesAdvise clients on the strategic impacts of data and AI transformations, advanced analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automationHelp your clients monetize their Data & AI services, creating all new experiences for employees and customers alikeBring a strategic perspective focused on impact to the table rather than software or technology deliverablesRemain up to date on current industry trends and maintain your status as a subject matter expert in a quickly evolving landscape. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure our delivery remains forward-thinking.Competencies

6+ years of management consulting experience in a professional services environment3+ years of demonstrated experience interfacing with and selling to executive-level clientsProven experience in strategic solutioning and estimationHave developed Data, AI, and/or GenAI strategies, business cases, and roadmaps associated with Data Transformation, Cloud Migrations, etc.Experience in conducting Data Strategy, data readiness, and Governance assessments, developing future state process and governance definitionsPrevious experience working on multiple strategy engagements in a highly matrixed and externally facing client environmentSuperb storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skillsAptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to design and accept out-of-the-box solutionsAutonomous, positive problem solver, and aptitude to work independently or as part of a multi-disciplinary teamPractical Business Architecture experience (business/operation models, personas, process modeling)Knowledge of the Data, Analytics, and AI strategy and COE definition and developmentWhy WillowTree?
