In this role, you will support monthly program evaluations for IHA, chart reviews, and other IFP core programs. Responsibilities include leading data reconciliation from various sources, identifying gaps in existing processes, and implementing efficient evaluation strategies for the IFP core programs.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience working with tools such as SAS, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or R.Demonstrated proficiency in cloud technologies like AWS or GCP, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.Strong understanding of ETL processes, with at least 1 year of experience in designing data integration workflows.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in healthcare analytics, risk adjustment, HEDIS, claims/EHR.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Experience working with a health plan is a plus.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00.
