It offers specialized nursing care and therapy for patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or hospital stays, requiring additional medical support before returning home. Services often include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other rehabilitation programs to help patients regain strength and independence.The facility primarily serves:Adults and Seniors : The majority of patients are adults and elderly individuals needing recovery and rehabilitation after hospital stays, surgeries, or acute medical events such as strokes, fractures, or cardiac conditions.Patients with Chronic or Complex Conditions : This includes those with chronic illnesses or complex medical conditions requiring ongoing medical supervision, such as respiratory or cardiac issues, diabetes management, or neurological disorders.Short-Term Rehabilitation Patients : Patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or other acute medical conditions who need short-term, intensive rehabilitation (physical, occupational, or speech therapy) to regain function and independence.Long-Term Care Residents : Some patients may require long-term care due to debilitating illnesses, severe injuries, or age-related conditions that prevent them from living independently.QualificationsCompleted LPN license program.Empathy for patients.Ability to take instructions from doctors and nurses.
