As the Director of Mobility and Distributed Training Solutions (M&DTS), you will lead a portfolio of approximately $200M+ in annual sales, overseeing development, production, and sustainment services. Your responsibilities include delivering cost, schedule, and technical performance, while growing the M&DTS mission area. You'll interface directly with senior Lockheed Martin executives and external customers to ensure program success and drive future business opportunities.Deliver cost, schedule, and technical performance for the M&DTS portfolio, achieving LRP and program commitments.Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the M&DTS submarket.Optimize program delivery and communication within a matrixed organization.Foster internal and external relationships to drive success and collaboration.Adapt to changing customer needs with innovative, competitive business strategies.Develop and manage a realistic opportunity pipeline for future growth.WHO YOU ARE

Experience managing a portfolio of domestic and international large-scale development, production, and/or sustainment programs.Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse, multi-national, distributed and virtual teams.Possess proven program strategic planning, proposal and business pursuit experience.Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of program financial measurements including Earned Value Management System (EVMS).Proven capability in building effective customer relationships/customer intimacy with domestic and international customers.Experience managing programs with large sub-contractor content.Strategic thought leader with proven experience developing and executing growth strategies.Superior risk & opportunity management skills.Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.Return-To-Green experience on one or more programs.Ability to support domestic and international travel on an as needed basis.Ability to partner with peers across Lockheed Martin Business Areas.DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with customer requirements influencers and acquisition professionals within SOCOM, AF Special Operations, AETC, NAVAIR, Air National Guard, and their respective program offices.C-130J, C-5 and CV-22 platforms and program experience.Strong working relationships with LM Aeronautics.Thorough understanding of Training System operations.Experience with FMS and DCS proposals and contracts.Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process and doing business overseas.Experience in workforce strategies and building a talent pipeline.Working knowledge of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) and digital transformation as an enabler for next generation platforms and shaping training solutions.SECURITY CLEARANCE STATEMENT:
