is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in

Scottdale, Arizona . The role will drive the costing solution on a Next Generation Inventory System Project:

Drive the standard costing solution on the Next Generation Inventory System and help usher in a new system including new processes and reporting tools.

Manage and drive Project Deliverables: Requirement Definition, Use Cases, Testing documentation, End User Training.

Design Next Generation Costing System – including Cost Routings, Standard Cost Roll-Up, and General Ledger Accounting Requirements.

Assist management with training and coaching across the organization.

Make costing and finance decisions on new manufacturing flows and business processes.

Configuration and review of Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Finance design elements.

Business partner with Global Cost Accounting, Manufacturing and Business Unit Finance, Tax, Global Supply Chain Organization, and IT teams.

P&L and Balance Sheet account analysis, especially pertaining to inventory, manufacturing, and variance accounts.

Reconciliation and tracing of inventory transactions, determining impact to financial results and downstream processes like vendor payments, inventory valuation, costing variances, etc.

Assist in month-end closing, preparing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations, analyze inventory valuation, inventory roll forward.

Communicate and prepare materials for both internal and external auditors.

Work with IT to design and maintain Reports specific to costing, inventory, and manufacturing variances.

Assist with special projects and requests from leadership as needed.
