We are looking for an Architect with a strong acumen for design to become a key member of our growing team, focused on the creation and development of systems and concepts including 3D models, drawings, imagery, and product presentations for the Project Development and Sales Team. Our ideal candidate is detail-focused and self-driven. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and rewarding environment.Main Job Responsibilities:Adjust and build 3D models of architectural productsDevelop CAD drawings and other related information for productsReview own work for accuracy and completenessWork within established standards, procedures, and techniquesEducation, Skills & Requirements:Degree in Architecture with 2-4 years of experience in 3D modeling and design documentationStrong contemporary design talentQuick understanding of how architectural systems and details go togetherSolid understanding of 3D Software required; experience with or desire to learn Rhino 3D, Sketchup, Grasshopper, and RevitExperience with graphic design and visual layout preferredMust speak and understand English clearly and write legibly; great communication skillsDetailed and organized with the ability to multi-taskHigh level of attention to detailResolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing informationGood speed and accurate modelingAmbitious character with a positive attitude and ability to work independentlyDesire to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilityPortfolio, website, or sample work required for considerationThe Project Developer Designer position is a full-time position with benefits, paid holidays, and vacation. The job relies heavily on organization and communication and understanding the overall picture of product capabilities and design. This team member will ensure the smooth and proper flow of layouts and modeling of Arktura products on time. It is necessary to facilitate strong internal team working relationships, general industry knowledge, and growing Arktura technical knowledge.
