The resulting certified eligible list may be used to staff several current and future vacancies for this position/function only.GRADEReturns Review, Corrections & Processing - $17/hourLOCATION OF POSITIONAnnapolis, MarylandPOSITION DUTIESThe Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division is seeking Temporary Workers to assist with the investigation, correction and processing of tax returns and other tax processing work. These positions will be available during Tax Filing Season. Tax Law and PC training will be provided. Basic computer knowledge is preferred. The following shifts are available: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates may be required to work some State Holidays and Saturdays.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. For education obtained outside of the U.S., you will be required to provide proof of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service.
