Job Description - Business Finance Team Leader (Pooling) (007KW8)The Role: Business Finance Team LeaderWhat will you do?Lead a High-Performance Team:

Leads a team that is responsible for preparation and presentation of monthly performance, adequately explained for variances against Prior, Forecast, Targets. Although the Accounting team may be responsible for accuracy of actuals, the FP&A Analyst must maintain close communication with Accounting and other process owners to ensure the integrity and reliability of monthly results.Rolling Forecast / Quarterly Business Review:

Following guidance from Zone FP&A, supports coordination & consolidation when preparing the quarterly rolling forecast/business review for the perimeter. Prepares & consolidates Mix Mgt and other QBR-related reports/activities. Analyzes and interprets RF results & drivers and challenges country submission when needed.Transformation:

Actively participates and drives transformation initiatives.Annual Campaigns:

Supports Target Setting Process as well as Prior process following guidance from Zone FP&A.Ad-Hoc:

Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as the need arises.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Strong financial modeling techniques and analytical skills.Advanced PC skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; MS Access is a plus.Ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly.SAP, Hyperion, Cognos, Helios, and Oracle experience is an advantage.Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite.What’s in it for me?Global family leaveComprehensive medical coverage for employee and dependentsWorldwide Employee Stock OwnershipOn-site gym…and more!Why us?Schneider Electric is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation.
