Job Title:
Lead C#/.NET Developer (2402951)Location:
Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid Work Model - 3 days in office)Job Summary:As part of our Fixed Income development team at SumRidge Partners (a company of Raymond James), the Lead Developer will analyze business requirements and drive research to design technical solutions that support our SumRidge Trading System. Responsibilities include performing activities associated with all stages of the SDLC, leading and collaborating with team members and various stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces between impacted components and subsystems.Partner with a cross-functional team to imagine, design, develop, and test.Participate in the development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale software applications, systems, and services.Build relationships with Development Managers, Engineers, and Project Managers across various teams.Stay up to date with tools, trends, technologies, and frameworks and develop proof of concepts.Make recommendations towards the development of new code or to reuse existing code.Participate in software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.Review test results, document test activities, and record remedial actions.Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Solid experience in working with all stages of SDLC.Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with all stakeholders of the application.Proven experience working as a Lead C#/.NET Developer in Financial Services is a plus.Solid programming experience with C#.NET.Good knowledge of WinForms and WPF.Experience with Infragistics Framework.Experience with multithreading programming.Experience with SQL.Education/Previous Experience:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related degree and five (5) years of relevant experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience approved by HR.At least five (5) years of experience in Design, Development, and Support of Data-Driven, all aspects of SDLC in highly scalable multi-tier applications in distributed environments is preferred.Financial Services experience is preferred.Licenses/Certifications:None required.Salary Range:
