DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to join the RAD team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex technical solutions while driving innovation and efficiency in the RAD environment using a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Candidates should be passionate about solving challenging problems and have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

This position allows 2 days of telework per week.

RequirementsA current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional DevOps experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience.

Required skills:

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologiesProven experience in authoring system requirements and technical documentationProvides expert support, conducts in-depth analysis, and performs comprehensive research to address complex technical challengesCollaborates with stakeholders to capture evolving needs and features, ensuring alignment with project goalsDocuments interfaces between new and legacy systemsStrong knowledge of APIs and REST callsLeads and participates in system Transition and Decommission effortsRapidly comprehends and articulates intricate technical details to various audiencesWorks autonomously towards long-range objectives under consultative directionUtilizes collaboration tools such as Jira and ConfluenceBenefitsErias Ventures provides employees with a complete benefits package that includes:
