Business Systems Application Manager

We are seeking an experienced business analyst as the point person in our growing organization responsible for our resorts business systems. In this position, you will analyze existing systems, identify areas of improvement, and recommend new systems and business processes. Responsibility in this position also includes creating timelines and project management.Essential FunctionsExcellent interpersonal skills and solid communication with all levels of management and end users.Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.Compile objectives for improving and streamlining company procedures related to business practices and systems.Analyze and recommend computer software solutions by understanding our business requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.Improve systems by studying current business practices.Recommend controls by identifying deficient areas and writing improved procedures.Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team(s); and establishing a project budget.Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support and end-user training.Analyze existing data and suggest data cleanup options.Identify underutilized, misconfigured, or limitations of existing systems; understand interface technologies joining individual systems.RequirementsCrystal Springs Resort utilizes the following software solutions.
