Qualifications
Must have a current nursing license to practice in Texas.Prefer at least one year in home health nursing experience.Able to perform home health visits and complete quality documentation.Wound Care, Trach/Vent Experience Preferred.Must provide proof of car insurance.
Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care and teaching to clients per Medicare Home Health standards.RN will provide home health client admissions and re-certification at client's home, case manage LVN, and coordinate care with therapists and home health aides.Interviews will be conducted by telephone and/or face-to-face.Employer offers multiple ways to advance, including a Nurse Practitioner (NP) bridge program.Permanent placement available.
