Patient Services Coordinator IMU NIGHT SHIFT

The Patient Services Coordinator will:Schedule provider appointments, diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments.Prepare and maintain daily appointment templates and/or patient records in One Connect.Communicate all pertinent information to families, physicians, team members, and other patient care areas.Prepare patient materials and documentation according to established procedures.Collect co-payments and validate patient insurance and demographics.Update payment and patient information.Reconcile One Connect cash drawer on a daily basis.Perform validation of the Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire (MSPQ).Ensure coordination of benefits and assignment of Hospital Account Record (HAR).Follow standard operating procedures for institution and center.Protect the security and confidentiality of patient information at all times.Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.Experience Required:

Three years of relevant work experience.
