Our Surgical Technologists are there to prepare for a patient’s arrival and stay in the operating room to ensure their best possible outcome. You’ll prepare operating rooms for a wide range of surgeries and procedures and inventory surgical materials and tools to assure patient safety all while working closely with physicians, CRNA’s, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel in delivering quality patient care.Schedule:
Full-time | 60-80 hours every two weeks.Mainly Monday-Friday, primarily 9-hour shifts.Rotated coverage for evening/overnight/weekend, PTO and holidays.All positions will require you to be on call multiple days each month and will be required to get to the St. Cloud Hospital within 35 minutes. Amount of call varies by team. We do have call rooms available at the hospital to use if you choose.Pay and Benefits:
Student Loan repayment of up to $10,000 or Hiring Bonus up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.$5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates.Pay rates based on years of experience (pay range: $29.60-$41.99/hour).Our Teams:
Within our Surgery department you will work on one of six specialized teams. This position will have general orientation to Urology, GYN, Ortho, General, Plastics, Neuro, ENT, Dental, Maxillofacial, and Vascular. Specific team to be determined during orientation period.Team 1: Urology, GYN, OphthalmologyTeam 2: Orthopedics, PodiatryTeam 3: General, Bariatric, Plastics, TraumaTeam 4: Neurosurgery, ENT, Dental, PainTeam 5: Cardiac, VascularTeam 6: EndovascularQualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program required.Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required (can be obtained upon hire).Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.To be eligible for all recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.To be eligible for relocation assistance: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months.
