Director of Nursing Opportunity - New Facility in 2025!
Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina,
Sea Grove Recovery
will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs.
The Director of Nursing
will be a key member of
our new
Senior Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The DON participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The Director of Nursing will focus on 5 key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.

Job Requirements:
Licensure: Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of SC.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program; Master of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Substance Use Disorders and related trainings such as motivational interviewing, trauma informed care or de-escalation.
Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Three or more years of progressive nursing management experience. From a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
