– Basic Salary £28,000 - £40,000 Per AnnumPackage Overview:£28,000- £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Plenty of opportunities to increase earnings (Over time & call out rota)Company vehicle, pension scheme, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone & travel payFull-time, permanentHours of work- Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)Excellent progression and training opportunitiesArea covered – Birmingham (West Midlands and the surrounding areas)Field based role covering a number of sitesCompany Overview:A fantastic opportunity has just become available within a longstanding, reputable company who specialise in the fire and security industry. You will be part of a team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high standard of work is delivered. All of the work is carefully planned out and allocated to each engineer’s strengths and location. You will be given support, training and the correct tools to carry out your role efficiently and effectively.Role and Responsibilities:Installation, Service, Repair, Fault-finding & Maintenance of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control SystemsTake responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-siteCarry out effective communications with the client and administration teamEnsure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by the professional bodies they subscribe toWork closely with other engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the teamSkills and Experience:Ideally 3 years’ experience working within a similar roleGood understanding of most systems e.g. Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access ControlKnowledge of a range of manufacturersYou will be willing to learn new systemsYou will hold a Full UK driving Licence or equivalentA drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunitiesA positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a mustExperience of an electrical background would also be very usefulDON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY - APPLY NOWGet Staff acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.Please note that if you have not been contacted within 7 days, your application for this position has been unsuccessful.
