The Work:
Lead business development for upstream and downstream consulting services
Focus on key C-level clients and suggest services to create business opportunities in the downstream market
Work with internal and client teams throughout the course of a project, with a focus on business process design, technology implementation, downstream oil and gas accounting, and digital front office solutions
Transform processes with measurable operational improvements to performance
Create value propositions for clients that match the financial metrics of C-level focus areas directly to operations business improvement
Assist Managing Directors with everything from resource allocation to career development of staff
Here’s What You Need:
At least 5 years of experience working in upstream exploration and production or in downstream refining, ideally in both operational and management consulting roles.
Experienced and knowledgeable of the downstream oil and gas value chain, in one or more of the following areas:
Refinery and Petrochemical Energy Management; Refining and Petrochemical Planning & Scheduling; Supply Chain Management; Operations Management.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
Bonus Points If:
You have experience managing external consulting for downstream solutions to clients in the oil and gas industry
You’ve developed senior industry relationships with North American upstream/downstream oil and gas operators
Experienced and knowledgeable of the upstream/downstream oil and gas value chain.
You have a Masters or Advanced degree.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
