We're looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our ever-evolving Platforms team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team:

We are Worldpay for Platforms, a leader in integrated payments with over 25 years of experience. Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions. As the market evolves, so do the needs of these end-users. At Worldpay for Platforms, we aim to be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service products that seamlessly integrate with our existing offerings.

What you'll own:

Work to ensure the team's success in delivery, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver.

Lead product delivery to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to completion of all rollout tasks.

Help shape the future of product delivery function while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences.

Create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

This role supports multiple cross-functional product teams, to enable the delivery of value to customers and stakeholders using agile methods and practices.

Act as product delivery SME for assigned product domain.

Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the product on schedule with expected quality.

Engage in conversations to truly understand the 'why', 'what', and 'when' of the product that is being built.

Develop, define, and execute project plans and rollout schedules.

Constantly look to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve these impediments and escalate when needed.

Manage and track cross-team dependencies.

Create and maintain the Playbooks.

Partner with leadership to identify needed project resources (engineering, operations, L&D).

Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress.

Drive impediments to closure or resolution by collaborating with relevant teams.

Support Senior Management in understanding hot topics related to technology and product development requirements and enhancements.

Develop status reports for senior leadership.

Develop relationships with the product management team to identify where user flows or prototypes may be helpful to manage stakeholders' expectations.

Develop strong relationships with internal/external partners.

Ensure that the teams have everything they need to deliver.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.

Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.

Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.

Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
