Yard Manager - Metals Recycling - Base Salary to 100k/year - Fort Lauderdale, FLOur client is a well-known ferrous and nonferrous metals recycling company. The facility sits on just under 7 acres of land and has been in business for over 50 years.Our metals recycling client is looking to add a Yard Manager (internally titled - Materials Processing Coordinator) to the team. The Yard Manager will have complete oversight of all things relating to nonferrous: inventory management, shipping/receiving, ensuring equipment is running, production scheduling, etc. The Yard Manager will work closely with the General Manager and be the eyes/ears out in the Yard.Responsibilities:

Inventory management of all Non-Ferrous materialsShipping/ReceivingOutbound material handlingProduction ManagementCollaboratively working with maintenance and all yard employeesQualifications:

HS Diploma, Plus for higher education or technical degree5+ years working in the metals recycling industryRobust background in nonferrous materialsFamiliarity with all yard equipmentMechanical aptitude is a plusAbility to wear multiple hatsCompensation:
