Responsibilities will include employee recruitment, onboarding and termination, employee training and professional development, performance management, human resources (HR) policy development and implementation, benefits management, and employment law compliance.Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and recommends revisions as necessary.Maintain accurate and secure HRIS database preparing reports in support of department and company functions as required; Lead and drive project management, including evolving our use of various ADP modules.The position is also responsible for some administrative duties for the organization as assigned.Qualifications:
