Get ready to put your training into practice with the Physician Pathways Program at Optum. As a part of the Optum network, CareMount Medical is seeking top-performing and passionate PGY3 and Chief Residents who are part of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine program and are set on practicing in New York state after graduation. This summer, in addition to receiving full-time offers with a 2025 start, a select number of residents will be chosen to join our Physician Pathways Program, a paid mentorship during final months of training.

MD or DOPGY3 or Chief Resident in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine ProgramResidency completion date: Summer 2025Desire to practice out-patient care in NY state post-residency

New York Residents Only:

The salary range for this role is $33,280 to $41,700 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
