What You'll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be the cornerstone of our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and managing nursing staff to deliver top-tier care.
Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures aligned with the latest healthcare standards.
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain a resident-centered care environment.
Overseeing the nursing department’s budget and resources.

Licensed Residential/Assisted Living

Qualifications:
Active RN licensure in Indiana
At least 5 years of nursing management experience, preferably in senior living with multiple levels of care, but willing to train the right candidate with less experience
Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing nursing teams
Exceptional communicator, educator, and mentor
Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
Advanced clinical skills, with the ability to oversee complex care needs
