Reports To: Senior Vice President of Sales & MarketingSummary of the Position
Seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Manager with a strong technical background in high-speed IPs (SOC Intellectual Property) and SoC platforms (i.e. HPC, Automotive/ Multimedia, Low power-IOT) and ASIC design services, combined with marketing expertise. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for semiconductor platforms and high-speed IP solutions, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales.Key Responsibilities
Technical Content Development:
Create and manage high-quality technical marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, product datasheets, product briefs, technical blogs, and webinars focused on semiconductor SoC platforms and high-speed IP products.Develop compelling product presentations and Silicon-lab demonstrations for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with Application Engineers in generating Application Notes and White Papers (i.e. on GDDR7, HBM3E, LPDDR5X, HPC Platform, Automotive Platform).Generate & maintain quick silicon-proven IPs List in different process node/foundries.Collaborate with engineering in developing and presenting technology roadmaps.Support promotional portals such as D&R, LinkedIn for demand creation.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Collaborate with product management to create clear, concise, and compelling marketing messages. Understand and position our products effectively in the market.Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies for product launches and updates. Define target customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns.Customer Engagement:
Act as a technical evangelist, engaging with customers, partners, and industry influencers. Participate in industry events.Sales Support:
Provide technical support to the sales team, including creating sales tools and training sessions. Assist in developing RFP/RFI responses.Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to stakeholders. Provide competitive analysis.Main Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.3+ years of experience in technical or product marketing within the semiconductor industry.Strong technical background in semiconductor technology and IP, with the ability to communicate complex concepts.Requires a good understanding of IC design methods and IP building blocks. Good understanding of a few high-speed IPs such as HBM3/4, GDDR, DDR, LPDDR, USB4/3/2, MIPI C/D, HDMI, and UCIe Chiplet.Understanding of low power design methodology.Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Understanding of SoC solutions involving AI & LLM, 2.5D/3D ICs is a major plus.Understanding platform designs is also a great plus.Preferred Experience
Experience in IC-related data connectivity design in ASICs/SoCs.Knowledge of semiconductor IP licensing models.Working Conditions
