General Summary of Position
This RN position is for Full Time Nights on the Neuro Telemetry unit at MedStar Health's Franklin Square Medical Center.Unit HighlightsTower 5 is a Neurological-Telemetry/ Medical-Surgical Unit with 48-Bed all private rooms including 20 telemetry beds. Types of neurological patients include stroke, seizure, brain mass, neuro-surg, and demyelinating diseases. Types of med-surg patients focus on respiratory but serve the general med-surg population. Straight shifts (either day shift or night shift positions) with three 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyze trends and changes in patient status, planning appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.What We OfferCulture:
