Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Experienced Women’s Health NP Needed Immediately in Dallas, TXMethodist Medical Group has an immediate need for experienced, licensed Nurse Practitioner to work at the women’s health clinic at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. You will see clinic patients Monday-Friday days with no nights, weekends or call. The NP will see approximately 18 patients per day as well as facilitate prenatal care. The NP will manage a full scope of female OB/GYN patients including preventative care, prenatal and postpartum care, family planning as well as short-term and chronic health problems.Responsibilities:Patient exams, establishing diagnoses and plan of care.Ordering tests and providing patient education on a variety of health topics.Assisting with deliveries and surgical procedures such as Nexplanon and IUD insertion.Participating in continuous quality improvement measures.Familiarity with the EPIC medical record would be an asset.
