Assistant Clinical Director - Clementine Twin Lakes, Clifton, VAClementine Twin Lakes , located in Clifton, VA, is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.At Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of an eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent replace eating disorders with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their unique individuality.We are seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to assist in leading the Clementine team. This is a great opportunity to be a leader and continue to provide therapy sessions to clients.$10,000 Sign-on Bonus!!Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Clinical Director in oversight of the program and management of the milieu.Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff and support to the multidisciplinary treatment team.Provide individual, group, and family therapy.Conduct clinical assessments.Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.Model healthy relationships with food when working during facility meal times.Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a clinical counseling discipline (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling).Licensed in a clinical counseling field (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW).One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferred.Prior experience treating individuals with eating disorders in a residential or hospital setting is helpful.Experience with employee selection and performance management is a plus.We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
