We have an immediate opening for individuals who are committed to elevating the member and guest experience to fill the position of Full-Time Complex Revenue Manager.JOB SUMMARY:This position contributes to the success of Los Angeles Athletic Club and additional properties (“Company”), by working with revenue, sales, and marketing teams to maximize revenue and yield penetration through proper management of room inventories and products, across all distribution channels for assigned hotel(s). This is a corporate office-based position that supports two or more properties. Determine and implement strategies to achieve this through analytical and technical knowledge of hotel revenue systems and business intelligence tools.RESPONSIBILITIES:Run daily pickup reports and audit room revenues and redemptionsEnsure system integrations are working correctly, including reservation integrations and correct segmentation mappingCoordinate with on-property teams to ensure property management is set up for optimal performanceDevelop and recommend strategies to maximize revenue generation and exceed goalsImplement, quantify, and revise strategiesCompile data, analyze trends, and develop accurate period forecasts by expected deadlinesValidate forecast with appropriate property team members, develop plans to improve performanceMaintain revenue management and reservations systems including distribution to 3 rd

partiesCreate and oversee transient rate plansManage booking engine contentConduct weekly strategy meetings to ensure all implemented tactics are achieving desired effectMonitor pace and pickupAdjust pricing across segments, products, and channelsManage yielding of discount segmentsEnsure STR matches P&L, provide reports and analysis for weekly and monthly communication to owners on topics related to forecast, STR performance, and revenue strategiesAssist in developing and inputting annual budget and marketing plansContribute to meeting/exceeding the overall hotel(s) goalsCollaborate with Director of Sales in the validation of optimal business mix between Group, Transient, and ContractProvide stay pattern, displacement analysis, and pricing recommendations for group and negotiated ratesWork with Sales team to establish & update Group MARs & ceilingsProvide feedback on content and promotions to Digital Strategy teamAdvise policies and set procedures for additional tasks that cross disciplines between Revenue Management, Sales, Digital Strategy, Operations, and FinanceMUST HAVE:EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATION:Required: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in same or similar positions in the Hospitality industryRequired: High School Diploma or GED EquivalentIdeal: Bachelor’s or Master’s College Degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldRequired: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Required: At least eighteen (18) years of age.Required: Reliable and punctual attendance.Required: Excellent time-management skills; prioritizing and completing assigned job tasks effectively.Required: Travel (by vehicle and plane) for business, training, and/or development, including overnight trips.Required: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsRequired: Computer Experience: proficient Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, and Revenue Management SystemsRequired: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey messages clearly and compose correspondence with correct and proper grammar.Required: Strong presentation skills; convey messages clearly and confidently; persuade and effect change positively.Required: Capable of working effectively independently with minimal supervisionRequired: Strong analytical skills.Required: High attention to detail and accuracyRequired: Strong organizational skillsRequired: Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently meet deadlines and produce work in a timely manner.Required: Ability to elicit and accept constructive feedback.Required: Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and other revenue management functions to include research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations, and yield managementRequired: Proficient at statistical and competitive analysisRequired: Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum, and social skillsRequired: Professional appearance and adherence to dress code standardsRequired: Ability to work well under deadline pressurePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, DEMANDS, AND WORKING CONDITIONS:Physical Exertion –
