Job Description:Must have the ability to develop strategies and have solid decision-making skillsAble to present highly complex data and findings to senior leadersExpert business analysis research and problem-solving skillsIndependently leverage broader business understanding to perform critical work and be responsible for complex projects performed within a broader technical and business contextExpert level Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities:Requirements gathering expertise in digital transformation projectsMust understand how data flows from end to endFacilitates problem-solving sessions and workshops with a diverse set of business and technology team membersDevelops and creates enterprise-wide level presentations for senior leadership; provides recommendations with supporting analysis collecting, monitoring, and measuring business performance financial, and operationsProactively follows up on issues and initiatives for senior leaders to ensure successful resolution and implementationWorks closely with leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure that key initiatives and activities are delivered in a timely and coordinated manner and aligned with the goals of the organizationManages the development, implementation, and coordination of communication strategies and messaging for organizations and/or initiativesDrives change in the organization and is a champion of company initiatives as appropriateActs as a thought leader, applying extensive unique subject matter expertise in the development of strategy or resolution of complex issuesRequires considerable direct exposure to senior leaders and is peer to organization leadership teamBuild effective working relationships within and across IT, Business Finance, and other work groups
