The successful candidate must also be a creative thinker, incorporating the latest media trends and innovations, including streaming video and online video. Candidate should exhibit a can-do attitude to tackle all assignments, exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and be a creative problem solver that participates and takes interest in the agency, the industry, and the success of our clients. The Assistant Media Buyer will learn to deal effectively with clients and work closely with our planning group in managing budgets, developing strategies, negotiating media buys, and executing customized enhancements. It is imperative that this candidate follows technology and creative work to stay on top of pertinent information and trends.ResponsibilitiesInvoice maintenance, assisting Negotiators, Supervisors & Managers as assignedEntering programming and buys into our system, projecting TV and Radio ratings for future buysPulling market research and tracking delivery of streaming audio and video investmentsConfirming and monitoring media orders with television and digital partnersConstruct post-buy analyses to determine actual delivery of the scheduleManage budget summaries, campaign flowcharts, and billingCreate insertion orders, digital campaign detailed summariesPerform other duties and responsibilities as requested or requiredQualification - Required SkillsNo agency experience requiredAbility to work on several projects at onceExcellent communication skillsMediahub does not require candidates to have a college degreeQualifications - Desired SkillsInternship or relevant coursework preferredBachelor's degree in business administration/marketing preferredWage and BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
