House Doctors of St Louis team has an A+ reputation servicing homeowners and property owners in the St Charles County, West County, MO and nearby areas. We help our customers complete various repairs, maintenance, and remodels, both interior and exterior.
Our highly skilled and well-experienced team members come from various home services, building construction, and remodel backgrounds.
Looking for multi-skilled and experienced professionals who enjoy working on a variety of projects that typically involve carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, small siding repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completing handyman, home improvement and remodel projects
Completing light commercial repairs and build-outs
Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 8+ years of experience with more than 5 as a lead carpenter.
Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and tools a must.
Well experienced with various plumbing and electrical repairs and updates.
Valid driver's license is required.
Must have own hand tools.
Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
The ability to safely operate power tools.
Excellent time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Must have the following experiences:
Completing home repair and remodel jobs independently from start to finish
Working as part of a team or Lead projects, such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
Installing appliances, cabinets, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including minor electrical and plumbing.
Installing, mudding, and finishing drywall.
Preparing and painting walls, ceilings, and trim.
Installing and repairing decks, siding, and fascia.
Installing interior and exterior doors and windows.
Communicating with clients, setting expectations on time frames, including possibilities of change-orders for non-visible damage.
Calculating accurate estimates for labor, time, and materials needed for each project.
Following project schedules to ensure production.
Managing construction materials needed for projects as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of work done, including receipts and change orders.
