IT Systems Lead TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED
Position DescriptionCGI Federal is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers and Assessment & Authorization professionals for an exciting opportunity within our Intel Community.This position is located in our Chantilly, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilitiesLead a team of Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) practitioners (ISSE and ISSO) to reimagine, re-engineer, and re-host legacy core data system into a state-of-the-art, cloud-native design, capable of scaling and extending to meet the needs of the next generation war fighter.Plan, execute, and provide technical guidance to a team responsible for providing the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines needed to implement the data transformation initiative.Guide the A&A team and collaborate with external system integrators as the program progresses through the RMF lifecycle.
Required qualifications to be successful in this roleBachelor's degreeActive TS/SCI with CI poly10+ years' experience in IT systems development, management, and deploymentMinimum of 2 years' experience implementing/deploying IT systems in Defense or secured Government InstallationsExperience implementing Infrastructure as CodeExperience with Assessment and Authorization (A&A)DevSecOps ExperienceProven leadership in guiding technical teams to successful, on-time deliveryStrong communication skills across management levels and functional teamsExperience delivering briefings to customers from hands-on technical to senior leadership levelsCompTIA Security+ CE certification or DoD 8570 Compliant certification.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:One or more AWS Certifications: AWS Solution Architect Associate, AWS Database Specialty, AWS SysOps Administrator - Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty.Experience with DoD or IC mission data systemsExperience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)Experience documenting solution architectures using DoDAF views
