And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a primary care pediatrician to join South County Pediatrics; our vibrant, community-based practice in Webster, MA. Incoming pediatrician will join existing team of three physicians, two nurse practitioners, and our exceptional clinical and administrative support team. Responsibilities include ambulatory clinical sessions at South County, night and weekend service covering both the University campus-based practice and the newborn nursery, as well as teaching medical students and residents. A 43-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is available at the nursery site for transfer of sick newborns from the nursery.The UMass Memorial Health Children's Medical Center (CMC) is Central Massachusetts' primary provider of general and specialty pediatric services. The CMC houses the region's only Pediatric ICU, Level III NICU, Pediatric Level 1 Trauma center, hospitalist-led pediatric inpatient services, a pediatric sedation service, a designated pediatric emergency department, and over 20 pediatric specialty services with a focus on high quality care, education, and academic excellence.
