Gestion de patrimoine TDJob Description:The Financial Advisor II (FA) role requires previous experience selling investments and providing financial planning & will need to leverage this experience to service the unique and complex needs of clients in the Mass Affluent (MA) segment. The FA II will serve as the central point of contact, providing expertise for MA clients on managed investments, financial planning and annuities/insurance.The FA II role requires previous experience selling investments and providing financial planning.This role is at the center of the MA client services model delivering an integrated Wealth Management, financial planning, and Insurance offering by providing day-to-day account management, financial needs analysis, direct sales of wealth management solutions and complex annuity and insurance solutions for clients and their businesses.Depth & Scope:Experience selling investments and providing financial plansDemonstrates a commitment to being customer-centric by delivering legendary service during every customer interaction to maximize retention and growthEnsures all NEW clients receive the complete on-boarding experienceMay work with clients with more complex needs and be able to have fulsome discussions with clients as the subject matter expertEnsures all new & existing clients are provided with a MA Planning ExperienceEffectively implement a process to ensure every client receives an Annual Client Review (ACR) meetingServes as the primary point of contact for TD Wealth client relationships for MA segmentImplements and executes a differentiated service model/experience for MA clientsMeets quarterly and annual sales goalsDeepens wallet share by anticipating client needs and suggesting the most appropriate Wealth solutionsIdentifies opportunities within your portfolio and network to refer businessExecutes in a manner that is compliant with regulations, policies and proceduresEnsures all Continuing Education requirements are attainedResponsible for understanding and adhering to TD Bank & TD Wealth Policies and ProceduresResponsible for implementing TD’s Customer Identification Program (CIP)Uncovers client's asset and transitions higher threshold clients to appropriate HNW Wealth partners as neededResponsible for fostering and contributing to a positive and constructive work environmentProvides coaching, Wealth referral training & ongoing feedback to Retail and Small Business staffContributes individually, as a team member and as a mentor to new FAsRepresents TD Wealth to the general public in a professional mannerBe involved in the community and support TDBG charity and community initiativesEducation & Experience:4-year degree required or equivalent work experience2+ years direct experience selling investments & providing financial planning7+ years of overall working experience preferredSeries 65 requiredLife and Health insurance licenses required, or ability to obtain within licensing and registration scheduleAdvanced understanding of wealth management business development techniques, products, services and overall industry.Consultative sales experience requiredProven ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with other departments within TD BankAbility to travel within assigned Market; about 75% of timeDriver’s License requiredCustomer Accountabilities:Understands and supports the Bank's Customer Service StrategyProvides the highest level of Customer service when dealing with internal partners, vendors or our CustomersModels quality service delivery at every interactionLeads and contributes to the ongoing improvement of the partner / Customer experienceEmployee/Team Accountabilities:Be engaged in advancing and sustaining a unique, inclusive culture that reflects TD's diversity agendaParticipates fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environmentMay provide leadership, training, and guidance to other team membersEnsures ongoing communication with the team on the status / progress of projectsActively shares information and knowledge, and proactively learn from the expertise of othersOCC Language:This position is with a FINRA member, broker and/or dealer and is subject to the requirements of FINRA and Securities Laws.Must be eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA.Physical Requirements:Domestic Travel – ContinuousPerforming sedentary work – ContinuousResponding quickly to sounds – OccasionalSitting – ContinuousStanding – OccasionalWalking – OccasionalThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
