Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced finance professional with strong analytical & financial skills, a knack for attention to details, superior organizational & project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at Impact Finance. The candidate would have responsibility for preparing consolidated financial statements, including monthly results & forecasts, while collaborating with colleagues to provide critical insights into business drivers.

In addition, you would:

Prepare income statement, balance sheet & related schedules, both for actual & forecast, providing insight into anomalies and variations to the annual plan.

Support the FP&A Director & the CFO in creating critical business performance reports with revenue, pricing, expense and profitability trends.

Collaborate with accounting and finance partners to ensure that the appropriate period-end financial process is completed in a timely fashion.

Lead multiple reviews with the finance leadership, accounting and other partners, focused on business performance and trend.

Drive operational excellence by evaluating processes for improvements via automation, prioritization and elimination of redundancies.

Monitor expenses to identify variances to plans and recommend corrective actions, in consultation with colleagues and leaders finance/accounting staff.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Five or more years of related experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Advanced knowledge of financial analysis concepts and methodologies.

Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adjust as needed in a high-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.

Considerable knowledge of accounting theory, practice, regulatory requirements and reporting.

Well-developed financial analysis, forecasting and planning skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to devise operational processes to support the Business Line’s strategic goals.

Ability to make sound business decisions in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with a wide range of people, building partnerships with key stakeholders.
