We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team to assist with assessing current practices, collecting information, and analyzing industry trends to determine organizational objectives.Job Type : Full-Time, Non-ExemptPay :

Collaborates with Region Manager and Utilities to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by projects/programs.Determines how changes to the project will affect the business and systems.Provides recommendations regarding the evolution of the projects and processes.Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the customer regarding current and potential inputs, processes, and outputs.Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation.Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, and other relevant parties.Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates or performs auditing of key reports and processes to include, but not limited to time sheets, Fleet Complete, and mileage tracking.Collaborates with the Region Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met.Researches and analyzes the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.Maintains a current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.Modeling, Forecasting, and Economic Analysis (Business Intelligence) Generalist.Extracts knowledge and insights from high volume, high dimensional data to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis, and/or visualization techniques, which may include statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition.Familiar with and able to use existing data platforms and tools: ERP/CRM systems, relational or NoSQL databases, data analysis, and visualization software, PowerBI.Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.Organized with great attention to detail.Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.Ability to adapt to change.Learn quickly to creatively solve new problems.Negotiate and settle differences quickly and peacefully.Team player mentality.Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Economics, Math, or related field required.Experience using object-oriented programming to develop scripts and visualizations preferred.Experience/familiarity with one programming language preferred (R, C++, Python, etc.).2+ years of experience required.Pre-Screen:

Valid driver's license preferred.Physical Requirements:
