COGS has partnered with a multi-million dollar construction company as they seek a Pricing Financial Analyst to join their team due to ongoing expansion.

This company manufactures in-house site accessibility solutions and provides comprehensive site access and ground protection services to construction, renewable energy, and several other industries.

Due to increased market demand for their products and services, they are in growth mode and expanding! This has led to increased opportunities for career trajectory, and hence they are looking for a Pricing Financial Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining pricing models, development of revenue projections for the Annual Operating Plan, and monthly forecast.

Responsibilities:

Prepare quantitative reports for management, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and suggest improvements for growth.

Help create KPI sales dashboards to enhance sales team performance.

Conduct detailed customer analysis to assess profitability.

Work with sales leadership to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency.

Monitor KPIs and regularly update stakeholders on performance.

Collaborate with VPOS on growth strategies and targets for specific customers, segments, and products.

Track performance against forecasts and recommend adjustments as needed.

Act as a liaison between departments to improve communication and achieve shared goals.

Develop and manage pricing tools and profitability models.

Forecast margins to assess the impact of pricing strategies.

Communicate and implement pricing changes through the appropriate channels.

Stay updated on industry developments via financial publications, government sources, and interviews.

Lead pricing projects, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and preparing communications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or related quantitative field is a must.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, pricing modeling.
