Riveron is uniquely positioned as we are not limited by traditional independence rules because we do not provide audit, review, or compilation services; allowing us to work alongside management to drive meaningful change.Our Accounting Advisory team has extensive experience in developing and implementing effective strategies to address a broad spectrum of capital markets, technical accounting, and operational accounting needs under both US GAAP and IFRS. Our team-based approach is hands-on and practical with the goal of improving accuracy, efficiency and scalability with our solutions and each of our teams includes active senior level participation to ensure project success and deliver coaching and development to our team members. Our Accounting Advisory team provides comprehensive expertise in various areas, including Technical Accounting Standards, Capital Market Transactions, Divestitures and Carve-Outs, IPO Readiness and Execution, Business Combinations and Integration, Audit Readiness, Financial Accounting, both internal and SEC Reporting, Internal Controls, Internal Audits and Financial Process Redesign and Implementation.Who You Are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field of studyMinimum 10 years of experience within an audit and/or industry accounting roleAdvanced knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRSYou have a passion for sustaining long-term client relationshipsYou are skilled at leading and developing teams and individualsYou thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environmentYou readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutionsYou believe that exceeding client expectations and having fun at work are mutually dependentYou enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, committees, conference panels, and firm eventsWhat You’ll Do:

Advise leadership teams at client organizations on complex accounting and financial reporting issues related to significant business transformationsAdvise clients on research, technical matters, and execution of business initiativesPartner with client leadership to achieve critical finance and business objectives from issuance of financial statement audits, carve-outs, IPO’s, GAAP conversions, business combinations, and other complex initiativesContribute actively to the development of people leaders into future practice leadersEngage with the market through thought leadership, relationship management, and networking events to contribute toward the firm’s growth objectivesProvide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple concurrent client engagementsPartner with practice leaders to conduct business development activitiesThe expected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $275,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.About Riveron:
