Insurance Risk ManagerPBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Insurance Risk Manager to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite at our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.The Corporate Insurance Risk Manager supports the Vice President of Investor Relations, Insurance Risk Management and is responsible for daily administration and annual review of Company’s insurance portfolio working strategically, effectively and cross-functionally with all business units; assisting with insurance issues relating to contract and insurance coverages and working with key internal & external stakeholders on insurance procurement and compliance. Accountable for achieving strategic objectives, ensuring effective hazard (typically insurable risks) risk management for the organization.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Company’s Commercial Property, Builders Risk, Casualty, Management Liability, Marine, Surety, Cyber and international (if applicable) insurance programs.Coordinate with Company’s insurance brokers to ensure assigned insurance policies are placed and renewed to meet business need aligned with company’s insurance strategy.Understand and convey company’s risk profile to insurance carriers to achieve competitive pricing for necessary insurance coverages.Work with key business heads to establish and quantify the organization’s risk appetite, i.e. level of risk the Company are prepared to accept and recommending appropriate line insurance coverage & limits.Establish and maintain all 3rd party service provider relationships including insurance markets and brokers.Serve as primary resource for the Commercial Insurance Programs to communicate with internal functions including EH&S, Operations, Treasury/Credit, IT Business Development, Commercial, HR, Legal, Finance and refinery/logistics operations.Review proposed contracts and provide advice to stakeholders on necessary provisions to align contract terms with insurance obligations and restrictions.Develop insurance programs to support new business initiatives.Manage exposure-to-risk claims programs to ensure the proper and efficient handling of claims, gathering data on claims for both record keeping and loss forecasting purposes.Participate & key member of all M&A transactions providing pre/post insurance due diligence.QUALIFICATIONS:

10+ years of experience as a corporate risk manager and/or broker, preferably in energy sector.Exposure to a broad range of line of commercial insurance.Experience with alternative risk transfer and risk financing structures.Possess excellent business judgment, communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide sound financial and business judgement, strategic thinking and broad financial and business perspective across the organization.Highly effective in setting priorities with excellent organization and time management skills.Must possess strong quantitative and analytical skills.Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, forensic accountants, third party administrators and brokers.Travel 15-20%.ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED.FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATION, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENTS.We thank all respondents for their interest in PBF Holding Company LLC (“PBF Energy”), however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
