Leads global SAP S4 HANA platform, automation platform and strategy and all interdependent software and applications. Guide and mentor development, basis and security support team members. Sr. Manager - SAP & Automation Applications:Oversee and direct the technical support team and all aspects related to SAP S4 HANA and automation platform implementation, customization, and maintenance, including but not limited to, data migration, integration, and development. Ensure compliance with development implementation stages and standard work requirements (including new or changed system code, testing and documentation).Manage the technical infrastructure and operations of the SAP S4 HANA and automation platforms, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the S4 HANA system landscape.Oversee and direct SAP Basis administration and S4 HANA platform-specific technical components such as Fiori, CDS Views, and HANA database administration.Oversee and direct robotic automation efforts including the identification of automation opportunities, assess automation feasibility and benefits, and the use and determination of which robotic automation technology(ies) (Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) would meet business outcome(s).Ensure compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC) including keeping control language current, identification of new controls, and supporting internal or external auditors as required.Present progress reports, offer alternatives and/or solutions to address feedback or schedule (timeframe) risks.Lead efforts to ensure team stays current with emerging technologies and advancements in the industry to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in delivering solutions.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Req
