Genesis10 is currently seeking a Java Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software EngineeringReview and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsContribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverablesStrategically collaborate and consult with client personnelWorking on enhancement work of the Operational Risk Platform (ORP) open source driven platform with Angular, Spring Boot, and JavaResponsible for independently delivering on story work within each sprintResponsible for doing estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to deliver on the assigned stories
Requirements:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, educationFull Stack Java Developer with Angular 8+ Front-End Experience5 years of development experience2-3 years of Angular experience, displayed experience in version 6 or greater2-3 years Spring Boot2-3 years JavaAgile
Desired Skills:
SQL
