Workday FINs Reporting Manager,

your primary responsibilities may include:

Leading Large Scale Programs which will allow you to demonstrate your technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework.

Responsible for leading clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translating business needs into efficient reports and configurations that conform to best practices.

Lead, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns for large data sets.

Lead Financial Accounting Reporting principles, processes, and methods.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

Workday FINs or Reporting certification

Minimum of 4 years of lead/management experience in financials, reporting, and data analysis

Minimum of 4 years of regulatory and general financial reporting standards, layouts, practices.

Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience along with Office Connect experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience

Bonus points if:

Existing and up-to-date Workday Prism Reporting certification

8 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar level role.

Industry specific knowledge of corporate financial reporting for retail industry.

Prior Experience and knowledge Inventory, Merchandising functionality, methods, practices within the Retail Industry.

Prior experience or knowledge of Accounting Hub experience with platforms like Oracle, and SAP.

Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functional areas.

Ability to create and sustain a relationship with clients, inspiring confidence in themselves and the delivery team while driving to reference-ability.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
