2350 MEADOWS BLVD, Castle Rock, 80109The role you’ll contribute:Responsible for the 65 person imaging team, including X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine. Responsible for the successful improvement of services as evidenced by growing market share.The value you’ll bring to the team:Assesses and tracks patients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of care at the appropriate point on the continuum.Determine where integration efforts will be most effective, including identifying areas for improving processes and systems.Communicate collaboratively to all customer groups to ensure that processes and systems used in the imaging department are thoroughly understood.Manage employees through a team approach - fostering a collaborative effort across modalities.Qualifications:The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:Bachelor's DegreeThree years’ experience in a leadership positionDemonstrated leadership ability, with strong business and strategic planning skills.American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
