As a leader in medical education, you will provide strategic oversight for our Medical Education programs. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategies for educational initiatives, including cadaveric workshops and other aligned programs. You will also foster strong relationships with surgeons and oversee faculty engagement to improve educational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Medical Education strategies aligned with product goals.Collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance product commercialization through educational efforts.Plan and execute a schedule of Medical Education events, including cadaveric labs, webinars, and trade shows.Partner with Healthcare Professionals to design and implement effective training programs.Oversee site selection, faculty engagement, and event planning for Medical Education initiatives.Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to optimize educational impact.Mentor and lead a team of Medical Education professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to maximize impact on Healthcare Professionals and patient care.Build strategic relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders to drive Medical Education excellence.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of successful experience in medical education, medical affairs, or marketing; 7 years in Medical Education within the medical device industry required.Strong leadership experience at a director-level or above, with a proven track record of managing Medical Education functions.Knowledge of medical device industry regulations and compliance required.Ability to relocate to the Jacksonville, FL area and work from our corporate office in Ponte Vedra Beach.Additional Information
