NTT DATA is part of NTT Group and headquartered in Tokyo.NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Ops SASE Support – L2 team member to:Provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, Zscaler, Proxy Broadcom, Active Directory.Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow–up on action items to closure.Provide ad–hoc operational support.Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals.Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes.Advise or mentor junior team members.Coordinate with cross–functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight.Ensure non–compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff.Establish communication channels with cross–sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses.Qualifications:6+ years of relevant experience.Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred.Strong experience in Cyber Security and antivirus/malware with ZSCALER.Strong experience with Proxy Broadcom/Squid.Strong experience with Active Directory.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred.Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply information security policies, standards and procedures.Proven influencing and relationship management skills.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.Master's degree preferred.NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law. The starting pay range for this role is $50/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
