ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Configuration Management Specialist-Level II in Aurora, CO. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.Join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in providing asset and inventory management support services for all site assets (hardware, software) and peripherals managed by enterprise services. You will also be responsible for providing timely alternative support recommendations for equipment that has reached the end of life or for equipment where warranties are no longer in place to support.Responsibilities:Provide asset and inventory management support services for various locations (hardware, software) and peripherals managed by enterprise services (to include software license management and warranties).Use the Government current ITSM Tool (ServiceNow or Similar) or other government-provided asset management and accounting software for managing all IT assets at all supported sites.Monitor the acquisition, storage, utilization, transfer, and disposal of property from the Asset Team.Fully support the Area Property Officer (APO) in the property management functions and serve as a liaison between the APO and Asset Team.Ensure that property assigned to a unit or organization is properly inventoried; perform a joint physical inventory.Maintain physical inventory plans and procedures, schedule physical inventories, and assist in their completion.Direct an effective asset management process, to include property accountability, inventory, utilization and reutilization, care, and disposition of property and rehabilitation.Requirements:ActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications and expertise in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services.
