Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Lab Services Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate the effective delivery of technical services in support of USAF Air Combat Command critical mission systems. The Lab Services Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing a secure, classified computer lab environment for systems design and testing to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of mission critical systems per organizational directives and government requirements.

Lab Management:

Manage and maintain a classified computer lab environment, ensuring compliance with security protocols, facility clearances, and operational standards.

Technical Service Delivery:

Coordinate the delivery of technical services including system administration, network administration, hardware engineering, and software testing within the lab environment while meeting all KPIs.

Operational Oversight:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the lab, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with government regulations and contract requirements.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of lab operations and services delivered.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with government stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure effective delivery of lab services.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum five years of experience in lab management, technical service delivery, or related roles.

Strong knowledge of hardware engineering, systems administration, network administration, and software testing methodologies.

TS/SCI Clearance

Certification requirements met in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II.

Desired Qualifications:Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, CISSP, or equivalent.

Demonstrated leadership skills with significant experience managing and leading complex system design and integration.

Target Salary Range:$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
