We offer a challenging and dynamic environment where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is supported.Your Role & Responsibilities:As an ASIA SME, you will:Lead Cutting-Edge Intelligence Analysis : Research, identify, and fuse intelligence from multiple disciplines, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber, and military reconnaissance. Your expertise will provide deep understanding and strategic insights into your assigned portfolio.Drive the Intelligence Cycle : Use your conclusions and inferences to produce high-quality intelligence products that guide operations and inform decision-makers at the highest levels.Collaborate Across the Intelligence Community : Work closely with counterparts across various intelligence agencies to ensure all sources of information are exploited and operational needs are met.Mentor and Guide : As the lead analyst and technical expert, you will mentor junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.Prepare for Global Readiness : Maintain global readiness to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. You may be required to operate in austere environments, supporting operations that are crucial to national security.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting Critical Operations : Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and production in direct support of special operations, aligning with the National Defense Strategy and higher headquarters priorities.Delivering Expert Analysis : Plan, research, evaluate and organize intelligence analysis to support current and future operations. Your findings will be captured and shared across the Intelligence Community.Communicating Insights : Prepare and present comprehensive all-source intelligence briefings to senior leadership, ensuring that decision-makers have the critical information they need.Identifying and Addressing Gaps : Identify information gaps and coordinate the development of collection requirements to meet evolving intelligence needs.
